Characters: 

Tristan (POV): A 26-year-old man with a disease that left him to live like a slightly overgrown baby. He is voiceless on most days, only makes noises, and forms primitive words. 

Naveh: Tristan’s 24-year-old sister, who behaves like his mom. She dresses casually, switching between sundresses and track pants with singlets. She is confident and opinionated but never too rude. She gets a bit too far when she is playful but always course-corrects.
